UPCOMING EVENTS

RETURN POLICY- ALL RETURNS MUST BE PROCESED WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE

1)The Lions’ Den accepts returns or exchanges of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased in store or online for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase.

2)Original purchases must be verified in the Shopify archive.

3)Refunds will be made to the original form of payment.

4)Returns or exchanges beyond 30 days of purchase will not be accepted.

5) For online orders refunds do not include shipping charges for returns/exchanges. Shipping costs for returns must be prepaid by the customer via the carrier of choice.

6) For gift returns the Lions’ Den will refund the original purchase price in the form of a store credit

The Lions’ Den recommends families check the online store frequently, especially after August 1, when new arrivals start coming in.  If you see something you like, order it quickly to avoid disappointment if items become unavailable.  Ongoing supply issues continue for the Lions’ Den like the rest of the economy.
