Can You Tell Me More About The Lions' Den?
The Lions' Den is the official school store of Pope John XXIII High School. We carry high quality spirit wear and school uniform items. The Lions' Den is staffed by volunteer parents, grandparents and students and is Pope John's only year round fundraiser. 100% of the store's profits are used to fund student activities, including clubs, fine arts, robotics and athletics.
How & When Will I Get My Order?
All online orders will be fulfilled by our volunteers on the next day that the store is open. You will receive an email confirming that your order has been fulfilled. Orders that are to be shipped will be shipped the day that it is filled. Orders placed for pick up can be picked up by adults or students during store hours or at the Pope John Main Office front desk during regular school hours.
What Is The Lions' Den Return Policy?
Returns can be made within 30 days of purchase on all items that are in new, unworn condition with the tags still attached. All returns must be accompanied by a receipt or be able to be verified in our system with your name or order number.
If returning via shipping carrier, please email lionsden@popejohn.org to obtain a return authorization number and return instructions. The customer will not be refunded for shipping charges and are required to pay the return shipping charges for a carrier of their choice. We recommend insurance and tracking for return packages.
Clearance items are not eligible for return, but can be exchanged for size.
All returns are credited to the original form of payment only.
Where Is The Lions' Den Retail Store Located?
The Lion's Den is located inside Pople John XXIII High School at 28 Andover Road, Sparta, New Jersey.
Our store is located just inside the main entrance. Enter through the main doors/office during school hours. The store can also be accessed through the courtyard doors or from the gymnasiums when open for special events and athletic games.
When is the Lions' Den Retail Store Open? Can I Shop By Appointment?
Our retail store is open regularly during lunch and advisory periods 10:30AM-12:00PM Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays.
The store is open for after school shopping 3:00-5:00pm Thursdays.
The Lions' Den opens for Special Events, including all home football games, plays, concerts, back to school night, etc. Check our online store for updated special event hours.
If you need to shop by appointment, please email lionsden@popejohn.org and our volunteers will do their best to meet you in the store.
Please email the store if your team or organization has a large event coming up. We try to be open for any group that wants to stop by.

Does The Lions' Den Offer Gift Cards?
Yes!! Gift cards are available for purchase through our online store. Gift cards will be emailed you immediately upon purchase. They can be printed, emailed, texted and added to your digital wallet for saving or gifting via text message. Our gift cards never expire.
